Delivery within Malta & Gozo is €5.99 for purchases under €50. Delivery within Malta & Gozo for purchases over €50 is free.
We do ship internationally, and shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated at check out and do not include any tariffs and fees which may be applicable on arrival in recipient’s country, should these be applicable.
You can collect your online purchases from ROCS Group, Level 1 Reception, Triq Sant’ Anna, Il-Furjana, Malta.
Please wait for a notification before picking up your order. You will need to present your order confirmation and a valid ID upon collection at St. Anne’s Street, Business Development Level 1, Floriana, Malta.
Collection Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 – 18:00.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 business days under normal circumstances.
During sale periods, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Once processed, packages are handed over to our independent courier, who aims to deliver within 48 hours across the Maltese Islands.
Payments for online orders can only be accepted online.

Due to COVID-19 health and safety guidelines, we are not able to accept the return and/or exchange of any INGLOT product.
INGLOT loyalty cards cannot be used for online purchases. They can only be redeemed in-store by presenting the physical loyalty card at the time of payment.
Obtaining points on loyalty cards is currently not possible, however we are currently looking into other reward systems for our online customers.
